270 Weatherby Magnum Ammo

The .270 Weatherby Magnum cartridge was developed by Roy Weatherby in 1943 and was the first belted magnum to be offered to the public when he open his business in 1945. He developed it from a 300 H&H case, it is a belted case that sports Weatherby’s iconic double radius shoulder. The .270 WBY shares the same case length (2.549) as the .257 and 7mm Weatherby Magnums.
